2022 North Canyon Vineyard Viognier

Our winemaking team handpicked the North Canyon Vineyard for our barrel aged Viognier. To highlight the wines creamy texture and bring out rounded flavors, we barrel aged the wine for 9 months in neutral oak. This fruit forward wine leads with notes of peach, melon, lime zest and honeysuckle. These enchanting aromas lead into flavors of pear and yellow apple with a hint of citrus.

We recommend pairing this wine with foods with sauces or seasonings that will draw out its rich flavors. Some of our favorite pairings are shrimp scampi and pumpkin curry.
