2021 Sierra Madre Vineyard Chardonnay

The Sierra Madre Chardonnay was aged in French oak barrels and went through malolactic fermentation leading to a soft and creamy texture while still keeping the stunning fruit notes. The wine opens with soft notes of green apple, pear and apricot. The palate is elegant and creamy bursting with flavors of pineapple, melon, and coconut with a slight hint of pepper before the long, creamy finish.
