2021 Sarmento Vineyard Chardonnay

From the windswept Sarmento Vineyard, this wine is a gorgeous balance of bright fruit and toasty notes imparted by aging in French oak barrels.

It opens with notes of pineapple, honeydew melon and vanilla that develop into mouthwatering flavors of yellow apple, tangerine and peach accented with a hint of caramel and pepper. The finish is long, creamy and leaves you wanting another sip.

Pairing Suggestion:
With such a wide spectrum of flavors this wine will pair with a variety of different foods. One of our favorite pairings is salmon in an herb and butter sauce.
